Job Overview and Responsibilities

Location: District 1, HCM City

We are a startup that digitalizes the pharmaceutical industry in emerging markets and helps pharmaceutical companies leverage data to grow their sales. We recently raised a US$10.3M Series-A with Alven, Picus Capital and Febe Ventures and are looking for self-motivated and talented people to take our brand and customers to the next level.

In this role, you will be:

• Design and implement new features from business side using FlutterJS
• Work with product team to come up with feature design appropriate with mobile app
• Work with backend team to design appropriate API for mobile app
• Writing automation tests to reduce lately detected errors in production
• Optimize performance of the mobile app in both Android and IOS
• Coach junior members to boost up their skillsets and their product mindset

Key Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years knowledge in mobile app development.
• 1+ years knowledge in Flutter development.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge in Android (Java or Kotlin) OR iOS (Swift or Objective-C).
• Experienced in one of the state management packages like Provider, BLoC, GetX.
• Experienced in Restful APIs, using Dio.
• Experienced in app UI/UX, animations, performances.

Nice to have:

• Proficient in OOPs, design patterns.
• Strong understanding of integration Flutter and Native code.

Source code control

• Familiarity using version control tools: Git. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.

Soft-skill:

• Good English Communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Good at investigating and solving incident and problem skill.
• Self-motivated and Self-directed.
• Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized, and good teamwork spirit.
