We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Java Developer. If you are a Senior Java Developer seeking advancement to higher positions. Your career path is oriented towards Technical roles. Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and project development team members to analyze the technical characteristics of the product, changes in technical specifications, and new additional functions.
  • Participate in project development as a Technical Specialist from the Outline Design phase to Detail Design, Development/Implementation, Code review, Unit test, and Release.
  • Design databases, develop functionalities, and simultaneously support team members.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the PM.

Key Requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate needs to fulfill to be evaluated for this position (Vietnamese only).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Java in Web Application development projects.
  • Experience working with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JUnit testing.
  • Experience or knowledge of DDD is advantageous.
  • Experience working with PostgresSQL/MySQL databases.
  • Ability to research and solve technical issues.
  • Strong proficiency in reading technical documents in English.

Desirable

  • Prior experience as a Team Leader/Senior in projects with at least 2 developers.
  • Experience in providing technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Experience in code reviews.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing technical skills of team members.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze business requirements from clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under high work pressure.
  • Capability to create/present easily understandable technical documents.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training to team members.
  • Understanding of Japanese company work processes and styles is advantageous.
