In Business Development Executive role, you will:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the recruitment industry, particularly in headhunting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, discussions, and presentations to persuade clients about the company's recruitment services.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to meet clients' recruitment needs effectively.
- Monitor and report business targets, sales figures, and project progress to the Management Board.
Key Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in business development and sales with a preference for the recruitment or headhunting industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and flexibility in communication with partners and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment industry is advantageous.
- Proficient English communication skills.
