We are a software publisher specializing in tourism, was created in 2006 by two IT and travel enthusiasts. Within our group, we now have more than 250 employees located in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. In Sophia-Antipolis, there are around 60 Koedians.

We are regularly looking for new talents to work on a daily basis by offering our B2B (travel agencies, etc.), B2B2C (VeePee, Cdiscount, Leclerc Voyages, etc.), and B2C clients a complete and varied range of IT systems dedicated to sales of tourism products such as plane tickets, hotels, stays, cars, and vacation rentals.

Responsibilities

Integrated into your future JAVA Back-End Development team, you participate in the implementation and maintenance of different web services and reservation engines (specialized for hotel reservations, plane tickets, car rentals, transfers, etc.).

Your mission is to design and develop computer programs and applications, as well as develop and write technical specifications. You have to carry out technical and functional tests, and you have to take corrective measures. Your mission is also to provide technical support.

The technical stack is as follows: JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST/SOAP, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Key Requirements

Required profile

• Hold at least a Bac+3 degree in computer science.
• Whatever your level of experience, we prioritize skills!
• Master the following skills: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Have knowledge of the following technologies (this is a plus): ElasticSearch, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven...
• Enjoy working in an open-source environment.
• Know Agile development methods,
• Are rigorous, curious, and demonstrate autonomy and good communication skills.
• You will be required to work in collaboration with our offices based in Europe and interact with our multicultural team. Fluency in English would be a plus.
• Do you want to get involved in a project with an end customer by participating in its implementation and its technical and functional developments from start to finish?
• You will have the opportunity to improve your skills thanks to our internal workshops: blockchain, Angular, Devops, ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, etc.
• Have knowledge of e-commerce or tourism (this is a plus).
