Mission
We are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City to report to the CTO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical implementation process of our software solution for our clients.
You will work closely with our sales team, software developers, product team and client-facing teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. You will work on streamlining and optimizing our on-boarding process for scale.
The ideal candidate comes from a technical background, can write scripts, execute SQL queries, understand data models and read code to be as hands-on as possible.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end technical implementation process of our software solution for our clients.
- Work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and develop the implementation plan.
- Responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the software implementation process.
- Responsible for the configuration of the platform as per client’s requirements and ensure that their datasets are successfully ingested in the platform.
- Streamline and optimize our on-boarding process for scale to limit custom integrations.
- Understand POC SaaS solutions in-depth to efficiently do the mapping to specific business models and processes with clients
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the engineering and product teams, and work with them to provide timely solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software solution and industry trends.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical implementation or project management role for a B2B company offering a SaaS product.
- Business Analysis skills/experience to
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and experience working with software development teams.
- Ability to write scripts in Python (or other language) and execute SQL queries.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data models and data ingestion processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated time management and critical thinking skills with an eye on continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required, French and/or Vietnamese language is a plus.
