Senior AI Engineer

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company building large-scale software solutions for global markets. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a dynamic AI team focused on designing and delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions for real-world business problems.

In this role, you will study existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI application, then design and implement high-availability agentic AI systems. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, while integrating them into existing SaaS platforms.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating results and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also mentor and coach junior team members, and stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and AI application architectures.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and Computer Vision

• Strong background in engineering, computer vision, and applied research

• Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, RAG, and multi-agent systems

• Strong experience in AI evaluation methodologies

• Strong Python and FastAPI programming skills

• Strong experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, SQS, etc.)

• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures

• Experience setting up data pipelines with cost efficiency and security in mind

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn

• Must actively use AI in daily work across learning, research, architecture, coding, testing, and documentation; familiarity with Claude Code

• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and integrate AI solutions into SaaS systems

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices: version control, testing, and deployment

• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and identify AI application opportunities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; good English proficiency

• Experience fine-tuning generative AI models is a plus
