Product Owner

The Product Owner will serve as a key liaison between multiple internal teams — including Product, Development, Creative Design, and Marketing — to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable product specifications. You will be responsible for proposing suitable approaches that deliver strong business value to stakeholders, and for constructing workflow charts, diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Working closely with the development team, you will ensure that features are implemented in alignment with business needs, and will actively support project planning, solution testing, and user training. You will also identify process issues and recommend procedural improvements to enhance overall product quality.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and may take on additional tasks as directed by senior leadership.

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Finance from a top-tier university or a university recognized by Australia

• English Certificate (IELTS 6.5 and above)

• Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis

• At least 2 years of working experience in a BA or Product Owner role

• Experience in the process of testing and user training

• Good presentation and documentation skills

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, and strong interpersonal skills

• Experience with digital products

• Good analytical and critical thinking skills (preferred)
