Cloud Security & ServiceNow Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Security & ServiceNow Integration Engineer to join a growing technology team working on enterprise-scale projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between security and vulnerability scanning tools and the ServiceNow platform, enabling automated remediation workflows and improving overall security posture.

You will work extensively with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules — configuring custom fields, business rules, and workflows, and building robust API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Webhooks. A key focus of the role is importing security findings from vulnerability management tools into ServiceNow and automatically generating and assigning remediation tickets.

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle and hands-on experience with industry-standard security scanning tools. Knowledge of major cloud platforms is preferred, and experience in enterprise, financial services, or public sector environments — particularly in Greater China — will be an advantage.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB

• Proficient in ServiceNow configuration: custom fields, Business Rules, and Workflow configuration

• Experience with ServiceNow API connections and integrations

• Proven experience integrating security/vulnerability scanning tools with ServiceNow using: REST API, SOAP API, IntegrationHub, and Webhooks

• Understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with security/vulnerability tools such as Tenable CNAPP / Tenable.io, Qualys, and cloud-native security tools

• Ability to import security findings into ServiceNow and automatically generate/assign remediation tickets

• Good English communication skills

• (Preferred) Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud

• (Preferred) Experience in enterprise, financial services, or public sector environments in Greater China

• (Preferred) ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification or cloud/security certifications

• (Preferred) Experience with connector/security scanning integration in ServiceNow
