Technical Project Manager

A software development company specializing in digital transformation solutions for the Insurance, Finance, and Banking sectors. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple software development projects, with a particular focus on digital transformation initiatives in the Insurance, Finance, and Banking sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and project estimation to planning, execution, and delivery.

You will develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, estimate manpower and costs, and build budgets aligned with project scope. You will monitor project quality, manage timelines, measure performance to minimize risks, and escalate issues as needed. You will also participate in the project quotation process and provide regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.

As a key liaison, you will bridge communication between the client's project manager, internal stakeholders, and development teams — resolving both technical and interpersonal conflicts as they arise. You will also be responsible for evaluating team member performance, motivating the team, and fostering a strong team culture that supports company and product success.

• 5–8 years of experience in the Software Development industry

• At least 4+ years of experience in Project Management for developing and implementing software-based solutions

• Knowledge or experience in Insurance, Finance, Banking, or Enterprise domains is a plus

• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Project management certification such as PMP or PMI preferred

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and model design according to BPMN 2.0

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques

• Strong job management, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills — able to engage both technical developers and non-technical end-users

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, or a related field
