(REMOTE) Cloud Security & ServiceNow Integration Engineer

The team works at the intersection of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise service management, building automated workflows and secure integrations across complex, large-scale environments. The role collaborates closely with IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders.

We are looking for a Cloud Security & ServiceNow Integration Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and cloud, security, IT operations, and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will combine strong cloud security, ServiceNow, API integration, automation, and troubleshooting skills to build reliable and secure workflows across the enterprise.

On the ServiceNow Integration side, you will design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise and cloud platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and other integration technologies. You will build and maintain IntegrationHub flows, actions, spokes, and subflows; configure inbound and outbound integrations with security, cloud, ITSM, CMDB, monitoring, and business applications; develop custom REST APIs and integration endpoints; manage connection and credential aliases securely; and implement logging, monitoring, error handling, retry mechanisms, and alerting.

On the Cloud Security side, you will design and implement security controls for cloud-based infrastructure and applications, assess cloud environments for risks, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps, and implement best practices covering IAM, least privilege, encryption, network security, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and incident response. You will integrate cloud security platforms with ServiceNow to automate incident, vulnerability, asset, and security operations workflows, and work across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or GCP. You will also integrate security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management, EDR/XDR, CSPM, IAM, and security monitoring platforms with ServiceNow.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, cloud security, ServiceNow, systems integration, or a related technical role

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and integrations

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, API authentication, and webhooks

• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB

• Good understanding of cloud security principles and enterprise security architecture

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash for scripting and automation

• Experience with DevOps tooling including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible

• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITIL

• Experience integrating or working with security tools: SIEM, EDR/XDR, CSPM, vulnerability management, IAM

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
