Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Work closely with PO to determine the sprint goal, task list of each sprint and estimate each task along with team members
• Delegate tasks to members and track the progress of each task
• Provide Architectural and Design direction, evaluate the risk and the impact of features and implementations on the system
• Take the ownership of the project and ensure the quality of the codebase and control technical debts
• Ensure code review healthiness
• Promote Collaboration and Engagement in the team
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Master in C# and .NET framework (or Java and similar frameworks)
• Have solid base knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms, Design Pattern, Database, Distributed System, System Design, etc.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Have an open mindset and eagerness to discover and try new technology
