Job Overview and Responsibilities

Our client is a high-tech start-up from Australia, focusing on extracting more value from data. Their core product is the Analytics Engine, offering a cost-effective and unique solution -  full management of life cycle for traditional and edge AI deployment for enterprise users to smarten businesses easily.

They are building a new team in Vietnam, and you will join as a key member.

Responsibility

• Develop back end services for our products, it is an AI platform to do automatic machine learning tasks
• Self-manage and contribute to the product development activities including both internal projects and join development projects;
• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, analysis, and ongoing deliverables;
• Architect and develop automated data engineering and machine learning features;
• Collaborate closely with product management, sales and marketing teams. Manage
• requirements and scope while delighting our customers on results;
• Contribute to product roadmap development and execute it;
• Improve R&D processes with the goal of contributing to the organisation’s lifelong learning andinnovative culture;
• Motivate junior/intern staff and provide technical leadership, direction and guidance; and
• Contribute to the evangelisation of our products and our culture internally and externally.

Key Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and have a solid knowledge of data structures and
• algorithms
• Self-motivation and work independently or as a member of a team
• Able to program: Go/Scala/Python.
• Have knowledge of Functional and Reactive programming is plus
• Solid knowledge in at least one NoSQL database (Mongo, Cassandra,...)
• Familiar with distributed system, microservices architecture and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experienced with ​Docker ​and ​Kubernetes
• Familiar with at least one public cloud providers: GCP, AWS or Azure
• Frontend frameworks like Angular is a plus
• Experience with any of data analysis tools like Pandas, Spark is a plus
• Experience with big data analytics tools and frameworks is a plus (data wrangling, data visualization, data analysis).
