Job Overview

• Position: Full Stack Developer
• Reporting: Reporting directly to the CTO
• Location: Fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of developing, testing, and refining our MVP, ensuring both front-end and back-end are robust and user-friendly.
• Lead the integration of new features after MVP launch based on user feedback and analytics, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Uphold high code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the core team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our application.
• Champion best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
• Strong background in server-side development using Python, particularly with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Proficient with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and understanding of database design principles.
• Extensive experience with Docker and containerization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Experience in Generative AI, including RAG and Prompt Engineering, is advantageous.
